Encouraging children from an early age to be grateful and thank God is important. God teaches us in His word that we should always give thanks. That is part of our Christian life and worship to Him.

In these days I have been evaluating several books that we can use for this purpose. Involving children in reading is vital. The first book that our children should know is the Bible. The bible is inspired by God, useful for teaching on many topics. However, there are several books inspired by the Word of God with beautiful illustrations that our little ones can use. Below I will share with you at least 5 books that can be of great help to you.

These books can help you to teach and encourage your kids about thanks giving:

These books can be part of your library and you can use them at any time. Giving thanks to God and having a grateful heart is one of the best teachings we can give to our children. We must encourage them to be grateful all the time!

O give thanks to the Lord, for He is good; For His compassion and lovingkindness endure forever!Psalm 107:1

Today, I want to introduce a new project and product I am working. It's about using those lovely guest check tickets for different crafts projects. I created a new product for my shop at Etsy that you can use it for bible journaling, junk journals, snail mail, scrapbook and much more!

Hello Everyone! It’s been a while since I wrote my last post. I have been working on some projects lately. But, here I am again.

Being a full time mom it’s not easy, but it’s possible and so rewarding. Right now, my baby just turned 1 year and 4 months old… wow, this is going fast. In the meantime, I try to enjoy every moment with him.

Today, I want to introduce a new project and product I am working. It’s about using those lovely guest check tickets for different crafts projects. I created a new product for my shop at Etsy that you can use it for bible journaling, junk journals, snail mail, scrapbook and much more!

Let’s see! – I created a small folder with those guest check tickets and loaded them with supplies.

What is included in those little folders? Stickers, paper clips (altered), sequins (wooohooo I love sequins), paper pieces, ephemera, flowers, ribbons and more.

The price is super affordable and there is only a few designs (one of a kind) actually. Check out the pictures for more details. Maybe this could be a DIY project for you or maybe you just want to buy something different already made. Head over the shop to see more options and new products!

Are you looking for a children’s book that speaks about how much God love them? A book that lets them know that He is there too for them? Here it is this lovely book called “God, I know you’re there” by bestselling author Bonnie Rickner Jensen and illustrator Lucy Fleming. Here is a short review about this amazing book and an opportunity to win one book for you! Let’s see!

God, I know you’re there:

This books gives us the parents the chance to speak to them about God, how He is and where is He. Many children might ask “is God real?”. Maybe you already experienced this, maybe you don’t. But children asks so many questions about everything, right? This books teach them with illustrations and a simple dialogue that God is everywhere! He is the creator of all things around them.

The same way the grown ups like us need that affirmation that God is near, with us, seeing everything…. they need it too! This is a great tool and help for us. Helps us to answer those questions along with the bible.

Children will discover that God never leaves their side, even if they can’t see or feel Him.
